First off, the staff was very welcoming and greeted us with a smile. They answered any and all questions we had regarding the area and our stay. Traveling with a baby can be challenging and they were very understanding and accommodated our child's needs. An example we requested a baby cot and they went beyond the request by providing a bathtub, towel, pillow, and blanket. This alone showed they care about all their guest no matter how little they are. Additionally, the breakfast was phenomenal the eggs benedict and pancakes were our favorite. Apart from the many amazing coffee options they had a self-serve mimosa and bloody mary bar. Lastly, the location/atmosphere was great there are a few parks nearby to stroll in or take the kids to play in. There were many great food options that are only about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It smelled amazing in there as well. 10/10.

Unfortunately an issue upon check in - the picture (of room) on my confirmation email and what I actually booked was two beds, however upon arrival it was only one bed (I had two children). No one could explain this and unfortunately the hotel then charged me for what they said was an upgrade to a deluxe two bed, which I had actually booked in the first place - but of course they blamed "booking.com" - I was very disappointed that they didn't waiver this, even though I did push this issue and request this twice.

Excellent location, close to many sights - walk through daffodil filled St. Stephen’s Green to Grafton Street - the ‘hub’ of this side of the city for street music, shopping & a coffee at Bewley’s. We attended a concert at the National Concert Hall, located just across the street - had light bite in the bar prior to concert & a drink there afterwards where we were entertained by the 2 staff who were preparing a variety of fancy drinks. All in all, a fabulous 24 hours.

The staff was phenomenal. Truly this is what makes a 5 star hotel. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. From check in, to room service, to check out, to helping arrange taxis, I've not a single complaint! The shower / bath was super (lots of options for how you want to wash up), and the shampoo didn't make my hair ultra dry. The room layout was great, and our room had an awesome window nook that we loved!

Erica

The room was very spacious, bright, clean and very well organised for all but anyone with any amount of computer equipment, phones, etc. The cooking at the three restaurants was at a very high level. The breakfast selection was superb. Staff were very accommodating. The Sixt car rental facility in the same building makes for a very convenient location for the travelling guests.
